This Video Was Made Entirely In Photoshop!

They are really starting to push Photoshop to become a video editing software. They are also pushing more 3D tools in Photoshop too. I guess it’s no longer “photo” shop anymore. It’s everything shop. I wish they were just independent programs. I just want to retouch pictures and leave the video editing to another program!

Get a glimpse of what the Photoshop team has been working on, when it comes to video and Photoshop. You won’t believe what you can do when you unite the power of Photoshop with easy and approachable video editing tools!

Three’s Not Always A Crowd

Three’s a crowd, unless it’s this awesome! Yes, that’s me. Do you like my drawing? I look great, don’t I? And no, I’m not nude, that’s a ninja outfit.

Sometimes we have to just laugh at ourselves for how nerdy we are.

Oh Wacom and Adobe, I love you.

And no, you can’t have CS7, they made it just for me!

Ha!

Do You Have Photoshop?

A conversation I found thanks to Nick Leadlay

Me: Here are the photographs from the shoot yesterday

Client: Nice shots - I like this one from behind the man. Can you just flip the image so we can see his face and not the back of his head?

Me: You want me to turn him around in the photograph so you can see his face?

Client: Yes - and maybe we can make him black. Do you have Photoshop?

Adobe Camera Raw 7 Sneak Peak

Finally, curves! There’s a lot more control here, and an ability to modify much more than ever before. Also, the clarity without halos are nice as well.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 Preview

What are your thoughts on the latest CS6 preview?

At first glance, the new GUI (graphic user interface) was completely new. I did not like it initially, but after watching the video, I immediately realized how much better it is. It allows me to focus on the image at hand and everything else almost visually disappears. It would have been nice if they gave us an option to change interface preferences, (light, medium, dark).

The most exciting feature to me is the auto save feature. Finally Adobe, good job! That’s one everyone will be happy about.

Thankfully I haven’t had a crash in Photoshop (knock on wood) but it’s one feature I will be activating.

I hope it runs more efficiently than CS5 (closer to how CS3 ran) but I doubt it.
I don’t like how they are cramming 3D into Photoshop. They should leave that alone in it’s own program, but hey I guess that’s what the public wants. If I could get everything Photoshop has sans the 3D, it would probably also run much faster too. I would buy that.
