Toyota unveiled a high-tech concept car Monday ahead of Japan’s semi-annual auto show. Company president Akio Toyoda called the Fun-Vii a “smartphone on four wheels.”
Just the Facts: The Toyota Fun-Vii concept, a high-tech chameleon that features a navigation concierge and a changeable look, debuted Tuesday ahead of the 2011 Tokyo Auto Show.
Toyota takes customization to the next level with the concept, which can be instantly altered inside and out.
Toyota says changing the look of the car is as easy as uploading an image to Facebook.
A new direction Toyota is going in their future with this concept car. It can change colors to whatever you want, and essentially converge technology with human interaction.
