A Start Menu For Windows 8! Finally.
A lot of people are upgrading to Windows 8. The biggest problem for many people was that they took out the start menu, and instead they now have a screen that contains panels.
To me, that was unnecessary I don’t want to switch to a new screen when I want to efficiently get somewhere. The start menu had that functionality that I wanted. If it’s meant to be better and improved upon, they are going to need to think of a better way. This was not it and now people want the start menu back.
Finally, there’s a way to do it. Start8 allows you to do that! Here’s where you can get it:

The other benefit is you can start up right into the desktop. So you can have your pie (with all the new features) and eat it too (without what you don’t want).
You can also customize the start menu icon as well.

And if you still want the tiles, you can still access them as well. So it’s a win/win.
Enjoy!
